In our personalized consulting session, we will analyze together every important detail: from setting up an attractive profile to defining pricing strategies, designing a space that guests will love and improving the presentation of your property. My approach is to guide you step by step, providing you with clear tools and recommendations that you can implement to stand out from the competition and increase your bookings from the beginning. This session includes: -Review and recommendations for the description and photos of your property. -Practical tips for creating a memorable guest experience. -Strategies to optimize prices and maximize income. -Guidance on the integration of technology and task automation. -Analysis of the ratings and comments received with suggestions for improvement. -Techniques for managing communications and responding to reviews effectively. -Advice on the configuration of cancellation policies and conditions of stay. -General recommendations for security and maintenance measures. Note: This consultation is a personalized guide for you to make the necessary improvements to your property yourself. Cancellation Policy
1. Reservations and Payments • Consulting sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through the website. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot in the calendar. • All payments are processed securely; credit cards and PayPal are accepted. 2. Cancellations and Refunds • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable; however, rescheduling will be available with a 50% session fee charge. • If you are unable to attend the session and did not notify at least 24 hours in advance, it will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be available. 3. Punctuality and Session Duration • The personalized consulting session lasts 60 minutes. It is recommended to connect at least 5 minutes early to avoid delays. • If you arrive late, the session will proceed with the remaining time and will not be extended. To make the most of your session, please be on time. 4. Rescheduling • Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. • Each session can only be rescheduled once. If you need to reschedule again, a 25% fee of the original session price will apply. 5. Process and Communication • Once your session is confirmed, you will receive an email with the video call link and details on the topics we can discuss. • If you have specific questions or information you'd like to share before the session, you may send them via email at least 24 hours in advance for better preparation. 6. Confidentiality • All information shared during the sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior consent.
